摘　　要：随着社会经济不断发展,我国人均生活水平得到了显著提高,生活质量呈现出了整体上升的趋势。现阶段,我国已经逐渐成为了汽车大国,各家庭汽车保有量也正在飞速增长,在一定程度上为汽车维修行业带来了良好的发展机遇。从当前汽车维修行业整体发展现状来看,虽然相比之前取得了较大的成果,但依然存在着几方面的问题,如管理制度不完善、质量管理不到位,技术水平不过硬等,因此,采取有针对性的措施提高汽车维修质量管理水平有着一定的现实意义。基于此,本文主要分析影响汽车维修质量管理的因素与当前汽车质量管理工作中存在的问题,并提出几点有效的解决对策,以期能够为相关从业人员带来参考和借鉴。With the continuous development of social economy,China’s per capita living standard has been significantly improved,and the quality of life has shown an overall upward trend.At this stage,China has gradually become a large automobile country,and the number of cars in each family is also growing rapidly,which has brought good development opportunities to the automobile maintenance industry to a certain extent.From the current overall development status of the automobile maintenance industry,although greater achievements have been made compared with the previous ones,there are still several problems,such as imperfect management system,inadequate quality management,and poor technical level.Therefore,it is of certain practical significance to take targeted measures to improve the quality management level of automobile maintenance.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the factors affecting automobile maintenance quality management and the problems existing in the current automobile quality management,and puts forward some effective countermeasures,in order to bring reference and reference for relevant practitioners.
