摘  要:为解决苦瓜连作障碍,选择嫁接和生物制剂6种处理方式进行试验,比较各处理方式的田间防效及经济效益。试验结果表明,本地丝瓜为砧木嫁接苦瓜、复合微生物肥处理可以有效防控青枯病,相对防效均达到100%,其中嫁接处理是6种处理中最经济、有效的防治方法,每667 m^(2)利润较CK增加8148.83元,其次为复合微生物肥处理,较CK增加7635.51元。In order to solve the obstacle of continuous cropping of bitter gourd,six kinds of treatment methods including grafting and biological agents were selected for experiment,and the field control effects and economic benefits of each treatment method were compared.The results showed that grafting bitter gourd with local loofah as rootstock and root irrigation with microbial fertilizer could effectively prevent and control bacterial wilt,and the relative control effect reached 100%.The profit of grafting increased by 8148.83 yuan/667 m2 compared with CK,which was the most economical and effective control method among the six treatments.The second was microbial fertilizer,which increased by 7635.51 yuan/667 m^(2) compared with CK.
