摘　　要：社区思想政治教育与社区警务的双向联动,是破解社区治理困境的独特视角。在学理逻辑层面,基于二者融入、同构、互构的三维逻辑分析,明确了社区思想政治教育与社区警务实现双向联动具有应用的现实可能性。在实践路径层面,社区思想政治教育与社区警务实现双向联动,要促使社区思想政治教育主客体身份的转变、功能的优化配置、内容的深度嵌入、现代化新型载体的应用,使二者形成合力,提升社区治理现代化水平。The two-way linkage between community ideological and political education and community policing is a unique perspective to solve the dilemma of community governance. At the level of academic logic, through the three-dimensional logic analysis of the two-way linkage between the two, it is clear that the two-way linkage between community ideological and political education and community policing has the practical possibility of application. In practice path level, community ideological and political education and community policing two-way linkage, to promote the community ideological and political education of the identity of the subject and object of the change, the optimization of function configuration, the depth of the content embedded, the application of the new carrier of modernization, so that the two form a joint force, improve the level of community governance modernization.
