风险偏好对新种子技术采纳行为的影响——基于农业保险调节效应视角

摘　　要：本文基于湖北省、湖南省以及河南省3个农业大省1 109份农户微观调研数据,探究了风险偏好、是否购买农业保险对农户新种子技术采纳行为的影响,并进一步研究了不同保险购买情况下风险偏好对农户新种子技术采纳影响的差异。研究发现:风险偏好程度越高、购买农业保险的农户,其采纳新种子技术的概率更高;同时,农户是否购买农业保险在风险偏好对新种子技术采纳影响中起着正向调节作用,具体表现为,农户购买农业保险强化了风险偏好对新种子技术采纳行为的积极影响。进一步研究发现,风险偏好对不同年龄段农户新种子技术采纳行为存在异质性,且对于老年农户的影响程度显著高于中青年农户。基于上述结果,本文提出如下建议:在推广农业生产技术时,针对不同技术配套推出不同农业保险,以打消农户顾虑;对不同年龄段农户推广技术难度不同的农业生产技术。Based on 1 109 micro survey data of farmers in three major agricultural provinces of Hubei Province, Hunan Province and Henan Province, this paper explores the impact of risk preference and whether to buy agricultural insurance on farmers’ adoption of new seed technology, and further studies the difference of the impact of risk preference on farmers’ adoption of new seed technology under different insurance purchases.It is found that: the higher the degree of risk preference and the farmers who buy agricultural insurance, the higher the probability of adopting new seed technology;at the same time, whether farmers buy agricultural insurance plays a positive regulatory role in the impact of risk preference on the adoption of new seed technology.Specifically, farmers’ purchase of agricultural insurance strengthens the positive impact of risk preference on the adoption of new seed technology.Further research found that risk preference has heterogeneity on the adoption behavior of new seed technology among farmers of different ages, and the impact on middle-aged and young farmers is significantly higher than that on old farmers.Based on the above results, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: when popularizing agricultural production technology, we should launch different agricultural insurance according to different technical supporting facilities to dispel farmers’ concerns;agricultural production technologies with different technical difficulties are popularized to farmers of different ages.
