摘 要:对基于烟草根际核心微生物组筛选获得3种生防菌组合进行了青枯病田间药效评价。结果表明,黄色假单孢菌(Pseudomonas lurida)FGD5-2、韩国假单孢菌(Pseudomonas koreensis)HCH2-3和霍氏假单孢菌(Pseudomonas rhodesiae)MTD4-1对烟草青枯病均有一定的防治效果,能够延迟病害发生时间,减轻病害发生程度。3个菌株组合处理防病效果最佳,能够延迟发病时间8~10 d,对轻度发病烟田防病效果达50%以上,同时还表现出一定的促生效果。经2地田间试验效果,3种生防菌组合具有较好的青枯病防治应用潜力。The bacterial wilt control efficacy of a new biocontrol bacterial combination screened from tobacco rhizosphere core microbiome was evaluated.The results showed that three bacterial strains,including Pseudomonas lurida FGD5-2,Pseudomonas koreensis HCH2-3 and Pseudomonas rhodesiae MTD4-1,had prevention effect on tobacco bacterial wilt.The application of biocontrol agents could delay the occurrence time of diseased plants in field,and reduce the severity of disease.The synthetic use of the three strains showed high control efficacy than using these strains alone,which could delay the initial time of bacterial wilt for 8-10 days,and had more than 50%of prevention effect under mild disease stress.The tobacco growth promotion of synthetic use of biocontrol agents was also observed.Overall,the synthetic use of the three bacteria strains had good potential for controlling tobacco bacterial wilt.
