摘　　要：葛属植物中的葛根和粉葛是我国常用药食同源植物,其富含黄酮类与三萜类化合物,药理作用显著;葛根和粉葛还富含多种微量元素和氨基酸等,具有解酒解热,止泻生津,活血通经等功效,临床上常用于治疗心血管系统疾病,降脂降压,解酒护肝等。此外,葛根和粉葛在食品、饲料等方面都有良好的应用。近年来,粉葛立架栽培模式已成熟并系统化,在多个省份的粉葛种植区广泛使用。依托近些年来国内外相关文献,在基源、分类、栽培繁育、药理活性成分、综合开发利用等方面对葛根和粉葛进行综述,以期为后续葛属植物资源开发利用研究提供参考。Pueraria montana and Pueraria montana var.thomsonii of Pueraria plants are a kind of common medicinal and edible homologous plants,they are rich in flavonoids and triterpenoids,with significant pharmacological effects.Also,they are rich in a variety of trace elements and amino acids,which make them have clinical application in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,lipid-lowering blood pressure,hangover as well as in liver protection,etc.In addition,Pueraria montana and Pueraria montana var.thomsonii have good applications in food and feed.In recent years,The vertical frame cultivation mode of Pueraria montana var.thomsonii is mature and systematic,and it is widely used in the cultivation areas of Pueraria montana var.thomsonii in many provinces.Based on the relevant domestic and foreign literatures in recent years,this paper reviews the resources of Pueraria montana and Pueraria montana var.thomsonii in terms of their base sources,classification,cultivation and breeding,pharmacologically active components,comprehensive development and utilization,etc.,so as to provide references for the subsequent development and utilization on the resources of the genus Pueraria plants.
