摘 要:本科层次职业教育是我国现代化职业教育体系建设中的巨大“突破”,但无论“突破”带来的是职业教育类型的转变还是层次的提升,“本科定位”都是其中最为关键的要素。推动本科层次职业院校的建设,要准确把握本科教育的类型特征,须从高等教育分类体系中科学定位本科职教的类属性;同时须从教育目标分类视角确认本科职教的质的规定性,尤其应关注人才培养目标与规格系统的表述,以廓清职教本科人才培养边界;发展本科职教的重要途径是职业院校专升本,但要谨防职业院校升本陷阱,为此须大力推进本科层次高职院校建设的组织试验。As a huge "breakthrough" in China’s modern vocational education,undergraduate vocational education has brought about transformation and upgrading. "Undergraduate positioning" is the key element.To promote vocational colleges’ undergraduate construction,it is of vital importance to understand the characteristics of undergraduate education and find a scientific positioning of undergraduate vocational education in the classification of higher education.Meanwhile,education objectives,especially the talent cultivation targets of undergraduate vocational education,need to be clearly presented and its boundaries need to be clarified.Upgrading junior vocational colleges to universities is an important approach to develop China’s vocational schools.Yet trials and experiments need to be carried out so as to avoid the trap of excessive and blind upgrading.
