摘  要:在信息技术与教育教学深度融合过程中,积极探索体育信息化教学改革,建设具有两性一度的大学体育金课,具有深远意义与现实必要性。但当前高校体育信息化教学改革严重滞后于新时代呼唤与学习者需求,在金课建设中缺乏具体的工作思路和鲜活的参考案例。本文以中国传统体育项目的代表——武术为例,在解析现状的基础上分别提出应对措施,结合团队十余年来的实践经验,提出以精品武术在线课程建设、线上线下混合式教学模式及档案式的形成性考核评价,来响应金课“高阶性”“创新性”和“挑战度”的要求,以期在体育项目教学以及金课建设方法上提供借鉴参考。In the process of integrating information technology into education and teaching,it is important and necessary to explore the information teaching reform of physical education and build a"Golden Course"that can meet the requirement of"High level,Innovation and Challenge"in colleges and universities.However,the current university information teaching of physical education is lagging behind and cannot meet the needs of learners in this new era.The construction of"Golden Course"lacks specific ideas and fresh reference cases.Based on the integration of investigation,case study and action research,this paper chooses Martial Arts as an example representing traditional Chinese sports.After an analysis of the status quo,together with more than 10 years'practical team experience,this paper puts forward several countermeasures,such as the construction of fine martial arts online courses,online and offline mixed teaching mode and formative portfolio assessment.According to the requirements of"High level,Innovation and Challenge",this paper aims to provide reference for the teaching of physical education lessons and the construction of"Golden Course".
