摘　　要：目的探讨照护图对高危儿过渡期家庭出院准备度和父母育儿胜任感的影响。方法2019年12月至2021年1月,便利抽样法选取苏州市某儿童医院新生儿科重症监护室收治的74例高危儿的父母为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组各37例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上,出院前指导父母绘制照护图。比较两组高危儿父母出院当天的出院准备度和育儿胜任感得分,并访谈观察组父母以评价干预效果。结果观察组患儿父母出院准备度中的总分及疾病知识、身心状态、预期社会支持维度均高于对照组(均P<0.05),育儿胜任感总分和各维度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。高危儿父母认为照护图在过渡期护理中起积极作用。结论照护图能提高高危儿家庭的出院准备度和其父母的育儿胜任感,是一种方便有效的护理干预工具。Objective To investigate the effect of care map on the discharge preparedness and the parenting sense of competence of family with high-risk infants during transition period.Methods A total of 74 parents of high-risk children who were hospitalized in the neonatal intensive care unit of a children’s hospital in Suzhou from December 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling method,and were divided into the control group(n=37)and the observation group(n=37).The control group was given routine care,and the experimental group was instructed to make care maps before discharge in addition to the routine care.The discharge preparedness and the parenting sense of competence scores of the parents of high-risk infants in the two groups were compared on the day of discharge.The intervention effect was evaluated by interviewing the parents of the experimental group.Results The total score,disease knowledge,physical and mental state,and expected social support dimensions of the experimental group’s discharge preparedness were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The total score and each dimension of the parenting sense of competence were higher than those of the control group,and the difference were significant(all P<0.05).Parents of high-risk infants believed that the care map played a positive role in transitional care.Conclusions Care map can improve the discharge preparedness of families with high-risk children and the parenting competence of parents,which is a convenient and effective nursing intervention tool.
