重症监护室相关人群心理研究现状与热点的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的通过对重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)相关人群心理领域文献进行计量学分析,了解研究现状和发展脉络。方法检索该领域2000-2021年中国知网和Web of Science核心合集数据库文献,通过CiteSpace进行可视化分析。结果纳入中文文献156篇、英文文献260篇,国内外年发文量整体呈上升趋势;研究热点主要聚焦于影响因素分析、负性情绪水平、心理干预探索等方面。研究对象由ICU患者逐渐向ICU家属及护士转变;研究方法由量性向质性转变;心理研究方向由负性情绪向正性情绪转变。结论与国外相比,我国ICU相关人群心理研究起步不晚,但上升趋势不如国外显著。鉴于心理问题在ICU相关人群中普遍存在,且影响临床结局,今后应深化理论研究、加强多学科合作水平,提升护士自身心理情绪,以促进ICU整体相关人群的心理健康。Objective To understand the status quo and development of psychological research of Intensive Care Unit(ICU)related population by econometric analysis.Methods The literature in the core collection database of CNKI and Web of Science from 2000 to 2021 were retrieved and analyzed visually by CiteSpace.Results 156 Chinese and 260 English papers were included.The annual number of articles published at home and abroad showed an overall upward trend.Research hotspots mainly focused on the analysis of influencing factors,the level of negative emotion,and the exploration of psychological intervention.The research object gradually changed from ICU patients to ICU family members and nurses.Research methods changed from quantitative to qualitative;The direction of psychological research changed from negative emotion to positive emotion.Conclusions Compared with foreign countries,the psychological research of ICU related population in China started not late,but the upward trend is not as significant as that in foreign countries.In view of the prevalence of psychological problems in ICU related population,and its influence on clinical outcomes,it is necessary to deepen the theoretical research content,improve the level of disciplinary cooperation,strengthen the level of multidisciplinary cooperation,and improve the psychological mood of nurses,so as to promote the mental health of ICU related population as a whole.
