摘　　要：目的通过对军队医院护理人员的卫勤训练内容、训练方法和考核标准的调研与分析,提出相应对策建议,为下一步构建系统的护理人员卫勤训练方案以及卫勤训练考核指标体系提供依据。方法采用便利抽样选取44所不同级别军队医院中参加过卫勤任务的156名护士长和护理部助理员为研究对象,通过专家咨询后形成的军队医院护理人员卫勤训练的问卷对其进行调查。结果44所医院均组织了体能训练、战伤救护五项技术训练,但也存在卫勤训练内容局限、训练方法单一、考核标准不统一等问题;156名军队护理人员共提出24项考核指标建议。结论建议建立统一考核标准、丰富卫勤训练内容、开展模拟实战训练、注重人员素质培养,以此提高卫勤训练质量和卫勤保障能力。Objective According to the investigation and analysis of the training contents,training methods and assessment standards of nurses in military hospitals,corresponding suggestions are put forward to provide a basis for the construction of systematic training scheme and military nursing quality indicators.Methods A questionnaire was designed through expert consultation,and a questionnaire survey was conducted among on 156 nurses in 44 military hospitals who were selected by the convenience sampling method.Results 44 hospitals had implemented physical training and war injury rescue training.However,there were such problems as limited training contents,single training methods and inconsistent assessment standards.156 military nurses put forward 24 pieces of advice in terms of practical indicators.Conclusions It is suggested to establish a unified assessment standard,enrich the content of training,carry out simulated training and pay attention to personnel quality training,so as to improve the quality of military health service training and ability.
