摘 要:针对脉冲反吹空气滤清器的清灰需求,基于可压缩空气动力学、气固两相流等原理,通过理论分析的方法推导出了可定量衡量反吹清灰能力的指标,并对拉瓦尔喷管与等径直喷管的反吹清灰能力进行探讨对比.研究表明,粉尘层阻力可定量衡量反吹清灰能力,两种喷管的耗气量、喷管直径对清灰力没有影响,在设计喷吹压力0.7 MPa下两种喷管清灰能力基本相同,在0.2~0.6 MPa喷吹压力下拉瓦尔喷管对10μm粒径粉尘清灰力高于等径直喷管,在0.6~1 MPa喷吹压力下等径直喷管高于拉瓦尔喷管,且在清灰效果基本相同的情况下拉瓦尔喷管具有更高的经济性.Based on the ash cleaning demand of pulsed jet air filter,the principle of compressible aerodynamic and gas-solid two phase flow,through theoretical derivation,quantitative measures for ash cleaning ability is obtained and the ash cleaning ability of laval nozzle and straight nozzle are discussed and compared.Research shows that the resistance of powder can be quantified to measure the ash cleaning ability,ash cleaning force is not affected by the gas consumption and the diameter of two kinds of nozzle,the ash cleaning force of two kinds of nozzle are basically the same under the design blowback pressure of 0.7 MPa,ash cleaning force ability for 10μm particles of laval nozzle is higher than the straight nozzle under the pressure of 0.2~0.6 MPa,ash cleaning force of straight nozzle is higher than laval nozzle under the pressure of 0.6~1 MPa,and laval nozzle has a higher economy in the case that the ash cleaning ability of two kinds of nozzle are basically the same.
