全过程人民民主与国家民主形象建构

摘　　要：全过程人民民主与国家民主形象密切相关,全过程人民民主是国家民主形象的前提和基础,没有全过程人民民主,就没有国家民主形象。全过程人民民主发展的过程也是国家民主形象不断建构的过程,建构国家民主形象是发展全过程人民民主的应有之义,国家民主形象也是全过程人民民主的基本标志。国家形象构建包括信息选择、感性认知、理性认知、身份认同、公众心理偏好等五个基本元素。国家形象既可以是五个方面共同作用的结果,也可以是某个单一元素塑造的结果。国家形象的建构方式分为“自塑”“他塑”与“合塑”,“自塑”是“他塑”和“合塑”的基点。全过程人民民主对国家民主形象首先是“自塑”,其后才有“他塑”与“合塑”。全过程人民民主通过价值、制度、权利塑造了国家的民主价值形象、制度形象和权利形象,其动态性促使国家民主形象的建构具有鲜明的活动特征。The whole-process people’s democracy is closely related to the image of national democracy.The whole-process people’s democracy is the premise and foundation of the image of national democracy.Without whole-process people’s democracy,there will be no image of national democracy.The whole process of the development of people’s democracy is the process of the continuous construction of the image of national democracy.Constructing the image of national democracy is the proper meaning of developing the whole-process people’s democracy.The image of national democracy is the basic symbol of the whole-process people’s democracy.National image construction includes five basic elements:information selection,perceptual cognition,rational cognition,identity and public psychological preference.National image can be the result and impression of five aspects,or the result of a single element.The ways of constructing national image can be divided into“self-molding”,“other-molding”and“combined-molding”.“Self-molding”is the basis of“other-molding”and“combined-molding”.In the whole-process people’s democracy,the image of national democracy is firstly“self-shaped”,and then“other”and“combined”.Through values,institutions and rights,the whole-process people’s democracy shapes the image of democratic values,institutions and rights of a country.The dynamic nature of the whole-process people’s democracy makes the image of national democracy have distinct vitality.
