摘 要:为打赢未来战争,军队院校急需大力推进强军新工科建设,提高军事人才指挥素养和技术水平,不断强化我国国防力量,增强我军捍卫主权、维护国家安全的能力。文章总结了军事人才与地方新工科人才的区别,研究了其他国家军事教育体系特征,提出了建设我军强军新工科的必要性,并明确了其深刻内涵。在教育部新工科专业体系基础上,结合“三化融合”和军事应用需求,提出强军新工科专业体系设置框架,为下一步强军新工科建设提供借鉴。In order to win future wars,it is urgent for military academies to vigorously promote the construction of new engineering for strengthening the army,in order to improve the command quality and technical level of military personnel,continuously strengthen the national defense capabilities and increase the ability to defend the sovereignty and maintain the national security of our army.This paper summarizes the difference between military talents and local new engineering talents,studies the characteristics of military education systems in other countries,and demonstrates the necessity of building new engineering for strengthening the army while clarifying its profound connotations.On the basis of the new engineering major system of the Ministry of Education and in view of the integration of three modernizations and military application requirements,a framework is proposed for constructing the system of new engineering majors for strengthening the army,which can provide a reference for the next step of the concrete construction.
