摘　　要：基于自主创新NJ400系列PLC构成一种国产化锅炉自动控制系统,给出了控制系统硬件组成和系统框图,并说明了系统功能和国产化实现方式。煤矿自备锅炉实际应用表明,基于自主创新全国产PLC控制器的控制系统具有优良的控制效果和极高的可靠性,为国产化PLC在锅炉控制系统应用推广具有借鉴意义。Based on the independent innovation NJ400 series PLC,a domestic boiler automatic control system is composed.The hardware composition and system block diagram of the control system are given,and the system function and localization implementation mode are explained.The practical application of coal mine owned boiler shows that the control system based on the independent innovation of national PLC controller has excellent control effect and high reliability,which is of reference significance for the application and promotion of domestic PLC in boiler control system.
