摘  要:针对造纸机对电气传动自动控制的要求,介绍了新一代可编程计算机控制器(PCC)在造纸机传动系统中应用的工作原理。采用CAN现场总线,实现了主站PCC-2005和子站PCC-2003间的通信网络,并运用主站PCC-2005串行通信口RS-422或RS-485方式与直流(交流)调速装置间构成局域网络,实现了智能自动化。整个系统设计合理、结构简单,提高了造纸机传动控制系统通信速度,稳定性高、实时性好。According to the requirements of automatic control of electric drive of paper machine,the working principle of a new generation of programmable computing controller(PCC)applications in the paper drive system is introduced.The CAN field bus is adopted to realize the communication network between the main station PCC-2005 and the substation PCC-2003.The main station PCC-2005 serial communication port RS-422 or RS-485 is used to form a local area network with DC(AC)speed regulation device to realize intelligent automation.The whole system has a reasonable design and simple structure,which improves the communication speed of the paper machine drive control system,with high stability and good real-time performance.
