摘  要:瓦斯保护是变压器的一种重要非电量保护,若误动,将造成变压器停运,给电网带来风险。深入研究一起变压器瓦斯保护误动案例,确认有载重瓦斯继电器内积水导致重瓦斯接点绝缘下降是瓦斯保护误动的直接原因。此外,针对现场开关的不正确出口情况,通过现场试验复现故障的方法,提供了一种分析绝缘下降引起继电器误动的新视角。最后针对此类缺陷提出了相应的整改措施,有效提高了主变非电量保护的运行可靠性。Gas protection is an important non electric quantity protection of transformer.If it is misoperated,it will cause transformer shutdown and bring risks to power grid.A case of misoperation of transformer gas protection is deeply studied,and it is confirmed that the direct cause of misoperation of gas protection is the decrease of heavy gas contact insulation caused by ponding in load gas relay.In addition,aiming at the incorrect outlet of the field switch,the method of reproducing the fault through the field test provides a new perspective for analyzing the misoperation of the relay caused by the insulation drop.Finally,the corresponding rectification measures are proposed to effectively improve the operation reliability of non electric protection of main transformer.
