摘 要:低压配电网作为工程、居民日常生活的主要供电单位,承载着数量庞大的受电用户。然而日常规划的不规范、相关部门监督管理的不到位等,造成输电网络的线损常年居高不下及配电网电压低等问题。无功优化补偿装置作为输电网络降损和提高电压的主要技术手段已被业内广泛使用,所以以减少损耗、提升效益为准则,对无功补偿初始投入、配电网线损费用、电压稳定性全覆盖几方面进行探讨,从而得到各项综合费用最优、最小化的无功优化配置方案,以更好地反映低压配电网在实际运行中的直观经济性特征。As the main power supply unit of engineering and residents'daily life,low-voltage distribution network carries a large number of power receiving users.However,the nonstandard daily planning and the inadequate supervision and management of relevant departments have caused the problems of high line loss of transmission network and low voltage of distribution network all the year round.The reactive power optimization compensation device has been widely used in the industry as the main technical means to reduce the loss and increase the voltage of the transmission network.Based on the criterion of reducing loss and improving efficiency,the initial investment of reactive power compensation,the cost of distribution network line loss,and the full coverage of voltage stability are discussed.The optimal reactive power allocation scheme with optimal and minimized comprehensive cost is obtained,which can better reflect the intuitive economic characteristics of low-voltage distribution network in actual operation.
