摘  要:普法只有遵循一定的法律传播规律,才能取得好的普法效果。普法活动的实质是促进法律信息在社会上的流通。通过人际传播、组织传播和大众传播,法律信息从传播者流向受众者。受众者在法律传播活动中有重要的参与作用,但以往的普法活动忽视受众者在法律传播中的地位与功能。推进法律信息的有效传播,必须要同时重视对传播者和受众者的研究,注意发挥大众传播媒介的优势,科学测评法律传播效果,推动普法活动的常态化开展。Only by following certain rules arising in the dissemination of law,it’s popularization can yield rich fruits. The essence of law popularization is to promote law dissemination from spreader to receiver by interpersonal communication, organizational communication and public communication. Past legal popularization activities unilaterally relied on the spreader only while ignoring the status and function of the receiver. However,to improve the efficiency of law popularization,concern must be given to spreader and receiver both. Apart from this,the spreader should take full advantage of mass media and assess the results of law popularization scientifically so to see that activities be held normally.
