摘　　要：目的研究凤仙透骨草Impatiens balsamina L.的化学成分。方法凤仙透骨草乙酸乙酯萃取物采用硅胶、ODS反相柱色谱和HPLC等进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为2-甲氧基-1,4-萘醌(1)、阿魏酸(2)、东莨菪素(3)、山柰酚(4)、香草酸(5)、七叶内酯(6)、原儿茶酸(7)、二十五烷酸(8)、α-菠甾醇(9)、槲皮素(10)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(11)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(12)、邻苯二甲酸正丁异丁酯(13)、七叶苷(14)。结论化合物8~9、13首次从该植物中分离得到的。AIM To study the chemical constituents from Impatiens balsamina L.. METHODS The ethyl acetate extract from I. balsamina was isolated and purified by silica, ODS reversed-phase column, and HPLC, then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and various spectral data.RESULTS Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified as 2-methoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone(1), ferulic acid(2), scopolamine(3), kaempferol(4), vanillic acid(5), esculin(6), protocatechuic acid(7), pentadecanoic acid(8), α-spinsterol(9), quercetin(10), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside(11), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside(12), n-butyl isobutyl phthalate(13) and aescin(14). CONCLUSION Compounds 8-9 and 13 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
