摘　　要：文章梳理了农业产业链和产业组织领域的文章,认为新世纪后农业产业链和农业组织化的相关研究和发展开始稳定增长,并取得了一定成效,结合生产实际说明了农业产业链与组织化之间的关系,认为农业产业链视角下产业组织化过程中存在组织化程度低、获取信息不对称、分配机制不完善等问题。基于此,对解决途径综述进而指导实际生产,最后提出未来研究展望。This paper combs the articles in the field of agricultural industrial chain and industrial organization, and thinks that the related research and development of agricultural industrial chain and agricultural organization began to grow steadily after the new century, and achieved certain results, combined with the actual production, this paper explains the relationship between agricultural industrial chain and organization. It is considered that there are some problems in the process of industrial organization from the perspective of agricultural industry chain, such as low degree of organization, asymmetric access to information and imperfect distribution mechanism. Based on this, this paper summarizes the solutions and then guides the actual production,and finally puts forward the prospect of future research.
