复方癸甲氯铵消毒剂杀菌影响因素及对空气现场消毒效果研究

摘　　要：研究温度、pH、有机物等因素对复方癸甲氯铵消毒剂杀菌效果的影响,并在猪舍和鸡舍验证消毒剂的实际消毒效果,为临床使用提供指导。结果显示,在2℃时,复方癸甲氯铵作用1 min对大肠埃希氏菌杀菌率高于99.9%,其余不同温度下不同作用时间的杀菌率均为100.0%;在不同温度下对金黄色葡萄球菌作用,不同时间的杀菌率均为100.0%;在不同pH条件下,复方癸甲氯铵消毒剂对大肠埃希氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率均为100.0%。在不同有机物浓度条件下,该消毒剂对大肠埃希氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率均为100.0%。对空气现场消毒结果显示,在猪舍和鸡舍中该消毒剂1∶500、1∶1000以及1∶2000稀释后在10 min、30 min、60 min的消毒效果与对照药物效果相当。综上所述,该复方癸甲氯铵消毒剂对大肠埃希氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭效果基本不受温度、pH和有机物的影响。This study focuses on the influence of temperature, pH, organic substance on the bactericidal effect of compound didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride disinfectant, and verifies the actual disinfection effect of disinfectant in pig and chicken houses so as to provide guidance for clinical use.The results indicate that the sterilizing rate of compound didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride disinfectant against Escherichia coli(E.coli) is higher than 99.9% at 2 ℃ for 1 min and reaches up to 100.0% sterilizing rate at other temperatures and time periods;for Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus) at different temperatures, the sterilization rate is 100.0% at all sterilizing time.Under different pH,the sterilization rate of compound didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride disinfectant is 100.0% against both E.coli and S.aureus.For the disinfectant with varied concentrations of organic substances, the sterilization rate is 100.0% against both E.coli and S.aureus.The results of air field disinfection showed that the disinfection effect of 1∶500,1∶1 000 and 1∶2 000 dilutions was as effective as the control drug at 10 min, 30 min and 60 min in pig and chicken houses.In summary, the inhibition efficiency of compound didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride disinfectant on E.coli and S.aureus is basically unaffected by temperature, pH and organic substance.
