摘　　要：对抗生素微生物检定法测定酒石酸泰万菌素预混剂进行了方法学验证,确定了最适菌悬液加入量和超声时间。结果表明,泰万菌素浓度在2~10 IU/mL范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率为100.24%,RSD为1.21%,准确度良好;精密度RSD为1.15%,精密度良好;辅料对含量测定无影响,专属性良好;不同培养时间和不同厂家的培养基测定结果RSD分别为1.94%和0.20%,方法耐用性良好。该方法适用于酒石酸泰万菌素预混剂的含量检测。To demonstrate the method for determination of the content in tylvalosin tartrate premix,the experiments were conducted to assess systematic applicability of tylvalosin tartrate premix by antibiotic microbiological method and determine the optimal addition amount of bacterial suspension and the ultrasonic time of tylvalosin tartrate premix.The results indicated that tylvalosin concentration has a good linear relationship in the range of 2-10IU/mL.The average recovery is 100.24%,the accuracy is good.The precision RSD is 1.15%,and the precision is good.The excipients have no effect on the content determination,and the specificity is good.The RSDs of the culture medium determined by different culture time and different manufacturers are 1.94% and 0.20%,respectively,and the method has good durability.The method is suitable for the content detection of tylvalosin tartrate premix.
