摘　　要：近年来肾型传染性支气管炎病毒(NIBV)在养禽业中越发常见,且在大多数地方感染发病率接近100%。该病毒对鸡的生殖道、呼吸道和肾脏系统均有损害,严重时加剧鸡的死亡,给养禽业造成严重困扰。随着NIBV研究的不断深入,在病原学、流行病学、致病机理、检测方法、疫苗研发等方面均取得了新的进展。论文对国内外近期在NIBV致病机理、检测和疫苗方面的研究所取得的新进展进行梳理和阐述,希望为NIBV的防控提供参考。Nephropathogenic infectious bronchitis virus(NIBV) has become more common in the poultry industry in recent years, and the incidence of infection is close to 100% in most places.The virus has damage to the reproductive tract, respiratory tract and kidney system of chickens, which can promote the death of chickens and cause serious problems in the poultry industry.With the deepening of NIBV research, new progress has been made in etiology, epidemiology, pathogenesis, detection methods, vaccine development and other aspects.This article combs and elaborates the recent progress in the research of pathogenesis, detection and vaccine at home and abroad, hoping to provide reference for the future prevention and control of NIBV.
