摘　　要：先天性免疫是动物抵抗外界病原微生物入侵的第一道防线。当病原微生物入侵时,机体可通过模式识别受体识别病原体相关分子模式,启动抵抗外源微生物感染的免疫反应。环磷酸鸟苷-腺苷合成酶(cGAS)是一种DNA感受器,可感知外源DNA并激活cGAS-STING信号通路。而cGAS-STING信号通路的激活可诱导产生干扰素,这是先天性免疫反应至关重要的组成部分。论文综述了cGAS-STING信号通路介导先天性免疫的分子机制及病毒通过该信号通路调控机体先天性免疫的策略,以期为研究cGAS-STING信号通路及其与病毒间的相互作用提供参考。Innate immunity is the first line of defense against pathogens.The host can recognize molecular patterns associated with the pathogen by pattern recognition receptor, in response to infection of pathogens.Cyclic guanosine phosphate-adenosine synthase(cGAS) is a DNA sensor that can sense foreign DNA and activate the cGAS-STING signaling pathway.And then, the activation of cGAS-STING signaling pathway could induce the production of interferon, which is a vital component in the innate immune response.This article reviews the molecular mechanism of innate immunity mediated by the cGAS-STING signal pathway and the strategy of the virus to regulate the host’s innate immunity through this signal pathway, in order to provide a reference for studying the cGAS-STING signal pathway and its interaction with the viruses.
