摘　　要：羊口疮(Orf)是由羊口疮病毒(Orf virus, ORFV)引起的一种接触性传染病,绵羊与山羊是主要宿主。该病属于自限性疾病,当不发生继发性感染时,机体调节就可以控制疾病发展,逐渐恢复痊愈。该特性可能与病毒的基因组结构有关,因此,重点阐述了羊口疮病毒基因组编码的蛋白及其功能。此外,还对羊口疮病毒的流行病学、病原学、临床诊断与防控进行了概述,为羊口疮病毒的进一步研究提供了信息与参考。ORF is a highly contagious disease caused by Orf virus(ORFV).Sheep and goats are the main hosts.The disease belongs to self-limiting disease,the body regulation can control the development of the disease and then gradually recover and heal when no secondary infection occurs.This characteristic may be related to the virus genome structure.This paper focused on the proteins encoded by ORFV genome and their functions.In addition,the epidemiology,etiology,clinical diagnosis,and control of ORFV were also summarized,which provided information and reference for the further study of ORFV.
