摘 要:堆肥作为有机固体废物资源化处理处置的方式之一,腐殖化效率低是制约其发展的瓶颈。本文从生物强化调控、微环境调控和调理剂调控3方面,系统梳理了有机固体废物腐殖化微生物调控原理和调控技术,并从基础理论层面和技术研发层面对该领域今后的研究方向进行了展望。指出:生物强化调控技术在腐殖化研究中前景较好;应重点关注腐殖化和矿化过程中核心微生物的作用关系,通过微生物的正向调控促进腐殖化、抑制矿化。Composting is one way of organic solid waste resource treatment,and the low humification efficiency is a bottleneck that restricts the development.In this paper,the principles and techniques of microbial regulation and control for humification of organic solid waste are reviewed from aspects of bio-augmentational regulation,microenvironment regulation and conditioner regulation,and the future research directions in this field are prospected based on basic theory and technology development.It is pointed out that bio-augmentational regulation techniques have better prospect in humification research,and the research effort shall focus on the relationship between core microorganisms in the process of humicization and mineralization,thus promoting humicification and inhibiting mineralization through the positive regulation of microorganisms.
