摘 要:采用铜渣催化H_(2)O_(2)类Fenton氧化反应处理棉浆黑液,研究了酸析pH、H_(2)O_(2)投加量、铜渣投加量对棉浆黑液COD和TOC去除率及溶出Fe^(2+)质量浓度的影响,考察了铜渣重复使用性能,讨论了铜渣催化作用机制。结果表明:在酸析pH为2、H_(2)O_(2)投加量为25 mmol/L、铜渣投加量为2.5 g/L条件下,反应180 min,COD去除率约为65%,TOC去除率约为40%;铜渣重复使用4次,COD去除率仍达40%左右。棉浆黑液类Fenton氧化处理出水调节pH至中性,沉淀出水金属离子Fe^(2+)、Pb^(2+)、Zn^(2+)和Cu^(2+)的质量浓度满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)要求,不会对环境产生二次污染。Cotton pulp black liquid was treated by H_(2)O_(2)heterogeneous Fenton-like oxidation catalyzed by copper slag.The effects of acid precipitation pH,H_(2)O_(2)amount and copper slag amount on the removals rate of COD and TOC of the cotton pulp black liquor and the mass concentration of leaching metal ions were studied.The reusability of copper slag was investigated,and its catalytic mechanism was discussed.The results show that:Under the conditions of acid precipitation pH 2,H_(2)O_(2)amount 25 mmol/L,copper slag amount 2.5 g/L,and reaction time 180 min,the removal rate of COD and TOC is about 65%and 40%,respectively;After copper slag is reused for 4 times,the COD removal rate is still about 40%.After the effluent of cotton pulp black liquor treated by Fenton-like oxidation is adjusted to neutral to precipitate metal ions,the mass concentrations of Fe^(2+),Pb^(2+),Zn^(2+)and Cu^(2+)of the precipitated effluent can meet the requirement of national standards for integrated wastewater discharge and the secondary pollution can be avoided.
