摘  要:采用纳滤(NF)分盐工艺处理煤化工废水“零排放”过程中产生的高浓度含盐反渗透浓水(高盐RO浓水)。运行结果表明:NF的平均水回收率为58.5%;SO_(4)^(2-),Cl^(-),NO_(3)^(-)及F^(-)的平均截留率分别为98.7%,27.3%,55.8%,74.3%;Cl^(-)分离比为2.03,NF浓水侧存在相当浓度的Cl^(-);NF水回收率与Cl^(-)、F^(-)的截留率均呈线性负相关关系。因此,通过提高NF水回收率可有效降低一价阴离子的截留率,提高Cl^(-)分离比,简化下游水处理中的结晶流程。In order to achieve“zero discharge”of wastewater in coal chemical industry,nanofiltration(NF)process was used for salt separation of reverse osmosis concentrated water with high salinity(high-salt RO concentrated water).The operation results indicate that:The average water recovery rate is 58.5%;The average rejection rates of SO_(4)^(2-),Cl^(-),NO_(3)^(-),F^(-)are 98.7%,27.3%,55.8%and 74.3%respectively;The separation ratio of Cl^(-)is 2.03,and there is a considerable concentration of Cl^(-)on the concentrated water side of NF;The NF water recovery rate follows inverse linear relationships with both of the rejection rate of Cl^(-)and F^(-).Therefore,by increasing the water recovery rate of NF,the rejection rate of monovalent anions may be reduced and the separation ratio of Cl^(-)may be increased,and then the downstream crystallization process will be simplifed.
