羊源生物2型犬巴氏杆菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验

摘　　要：为对陕西省某奶山羊场死于呼吸道疾病的羔羊进行病原诊断,无菌采集病死羔羊的肺脏组织进行细菌分离鉴定,并对分离菌株进行致病性试验和药敏试验。结果表明,死亡羔羊肺脏组织分离到的菌株为生物2型犬巴氏杆菌,将该菌株以浓度为1.5×10^(8)CFU/mL的菌液0.2 mL腹腔注射小鼠,小鼠12 h内死亡,对死亡小鼠剖检可见肺脏出血肿大,呈红色肝变,肝脏淤血并呈胶冻样肿大,且其脏器可再次分离到该犬巴氏杆菌。分离菌株对链霉素、庆大霉素等多种临床常用抗菌药物耐药。表明生物2型犬巴氏杆菌能引发肺部感染为特征的羔羊死亡,可为羊呼吸道疾病的病原研究和临床防控提供参考。To diagnose the pathogen of the lamb that died of respiratory disease in a dairy goat farm in Shaanxi province,lung tissue of the dead lamb was collected aseptically for bacterial isolation and identification,and the isolated strain was tested for pathogenicity and antimicrobial susceptibility.The result of bacterial isolation and identification showed that the strain isolated from lung tissue of the dead lamb was Pasteurella canis biotype 2,and after the isolated strain was injected intraperitoneally into mice with 0.2 mL of bacterial solution at a concentration of 1.5×10^(8)cfu/mL,the mice in the test group died within 12 hours.The pathological anatomy of the dead mice showed that the lung was swelling,hemorrhagic,showing red hepatization,and the liver was congested,showing jelly-like swelling,furthermore,the Pasteurella canis could be isolated again from its organs.The result of antimicrobial susceptibility test performed by disk diffusion method showed that the isolate showed resistance to a variety of antibacterial drugs clinically used in common,such as streptomycin and gentamicin.This study showed that the Pasteurella canis biotype 2 can cause the death of lamb mainly characterized by lung infection,and this is the first domestic report of goat infection by Pasteurella canis biotype 2,which can provide reference for the pathogenic research and clinical prevention and control of respiratory diseases of goat.
