摘  要:为了解四川某规模化猪场患病猪的死亡原因,用生理生化和16S rRNA基因鉴定菌株XL-01,并研究其致病性和耐药性。结果显示,菌株XL-01的16S rRNA基因片段长度1458 bp,序列与GenBank中植生拉乌尔菌(NR112011.1)相似度为100%,从而鉴定为植生拉乌尔菌(Raoultella planticola)。该菌检出ompX和fimH两个毒力基因,对小鼠致病性较强,肺脏、肝脏充血肿大,肠道有脓性分泌物。该菌对阿莫西林、氨苄西林和头孢克肟等具有耐药性,而对诺氟沙星、阿米卡星和磷霉素等药物敏感。扩增出耐药基因TEM、Sul1、Sul2、Sul3、aac(6′)-Ⅰb和ant(3″)-Ⅰa,为植生拉乌尔菌引起的猪病防控提供参考。In order to understand the cause of death of sick pigs in a large-scale pig farm in Sichuan,the strain XL-01 was isolated and identified by physiological and biochemical and 16S rRNA gene analysis,and its pathogenicity and drug resistance were investigated.The results showed that the 16S rRNA fragment length of strain XL-01 was 1458 bp,and the sequence was 100%similar to that of Raoultella planticola(NR112011.1)in GenBank,so it was identified as Raoultella planticola.Two virulence genes ompX and fimHwere detected in this strain,which showed strong pathogenicity to mice.The lungs,liver,intestines and other organs of mice showed obvious lesions.The bacteria were resistant to amoxicillin,ampicillin and cefoxime,while sensitive to norfloxacin,amikacin and fosfomycin.The resistance genes of TEM,Sul1,Sul2,Sul3,aac(6′)-Ⅰb and ant(3″)-Ⅰa were amplified.This study provided scientific data for the prevention and control of porcine diseases caused by Raoultella planticola.
