摘 要:将24只3月龄的新疆哈萨克羔羊,随机分为2组,对照组饲喂基础日粮并口服生理盐水;试验组羔羊口服10^(8) CFU以上的芽孢杆菌HS06菌液。饲喂14 d后采样测定肠道的绒毛高度、黏膜厚度、肌层厚度以及IL-6的水平。结果与对照组相比,试验组羔羊肠道不同肠段绒毛长度、黏膜厚度及肌层厚度皆显著增加(P<0.05),并且显著提高了羔羊的体重(P<0.05);试验组IL-6在羔羊十二指肠、空肠和结肠黏膜固有层的光密度值皆显著增高(P<0.05),其余肠道有增加的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。表明芽孢杆菌可有效改善哈萨克羔羊的肠道形态发育,促进营养物质的吸收,提升机体的免疫活性。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of Bacillus on intestinal development and IL-6 level of lambs.243-month-old Xinjiang Kazakh lambs were randomly divided into two groups.The lambs in control group was fed with basic diet and normal saline,the lambs in experimental group were treated with Bacillus HS06 liquid above 10^(8) CFU.The villus height,mucosal thickness,myometrium thickness and IL-6 level of the intestine were measured after 14 d feeding.The results showed that compared with the control group,the villous length,intestinal mucosal thickness and intestinal muscle layer thickness of different intestinal segments in the experimental group increased significantly(P<0.05),and the body weight of the lambs was significantly increased(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the optical densities of IL-6 in the lamina propria of duodenum,jejunum and colon of lambs were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the optical densities of other intestinal IL-6 were increased,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The results showed that Bacillus can effectively improve the intestinal development of Kazakh lambs,promote the absorption of nutrients and enhance the immunological competence of the body.
