摘 要:低钙血症是一种围产期奶牛多发的代谢紊乱性疾病,不仅可降低奶牛的生产性能,还能诱导其他疾病的发生。选取陕西地区某集约化奶牛场90头围产期奶牛进行为期4周的血液生化指标监测,根据血钙的浓度将奶牛分为健康组、亚临床低钙血症组和临床低钙血症组并进行比较研究。结果显示,临床低钙血症奶牛产后1周体况丢失幅度较大;与亚临床低钙血症奶牛和健康奶牛相比,产后1周临床低钙血症奶牛血液中NEFA浓度(P<0.01)和BHBA浓度(P<0.05)显著升高,产后2周血液中AST浓度(P<0.05)显著升高。产前发生临床低钙血症的奶牛易出现产后能量负平衡,引起酮病等营养代谢性疾病的发生。Hypocalcemia is a common metabolic disorder of periparturient dairy cows that increases the risk of other health disorders and reduces the cow performance.In this study,90 dairy cows in an intensive dairy farm in Shaanxi province were selected for blood biochemical monitoring for 4 weeks.Dairy cows were divided into normocalcemic group(NORM),subclinical hypocalcemic group(SUB)and clinical hypocalcemic group(CLIN)according to the blood calcium concentration which be used to compare significance.The results showed that the loss of body condition score of clinical hypocalcemic cows was greater in postpartum 1 week.On the 1 week postpartum,the blood NEFA concentration of CLIN was significantly higher than that of SUB and NORM(P<0.01),the blood BHBA concentration was significantly higher than that of SUB and NORM(P<0.05),and the blood AST concentration on the 2 weeks postpartum was significantly higher than that of SUB and NORM(P<0.05).It was found that prenatal clinical hypocalcemic cows was more likely to lead to postnatal negative energy balance and promote the occurrence of other nutritional metabolic diseases such as ketosis.
