摘 要:mcr-1基因是研究细菌耐药机制时从耐药菌株中发现的一种质粒介导的多黏菌素类耐药基因,mcr-1的发现突破了对耐药机制的认知,随着研究的深入,更多机制被揭示,其变异体也被发现。论文就mcr基因的分布及传播和引起多黏菌素耐药机制,与人、动物环境的关系和传播风险等进行了综述,以期能够对多黏菌素耐药性的认识和mcr基因的研究提供参考依据。The mcr-1 gene is a plasmid-mediated polymyxin drug resistance gene discovered from segregated drug-resistant strains when studying the mechanism of bacterial resistance.The discovery of mcr-1 is a breakthrough of previous people's cognition of drug resistance.With further approaching to the research,more mechanisms have been revealed,and its variants have been discovered as well.This article comprehensively described the latest research progress of the mcr gene,including the distribution of the mcr gene at the time of discovery,its spread,the mechanism of causing polymyxin resistance,its relationship with human and animal environments,and the risk of transmission,expecting being able to provide a reference for the recognition of the polymyxin resistance and the study of mrc gene.
