摘　　要：钩吻素子作为钩吻提取物中一种重要的生物碱,具有广泛的药理活性,其毒副作用小,无成瘾性,具有较好的抗炎作用。论文从钩吻素子调控NLRP3炎性小体功能、免疫调节作用、调控氧化应激、调控细胞因子表达、调节神经甾体释放、抑制核转录因子和MAPK通路激活等角度综述了钩吻素子抗炎作用的研究进展,为钩吻素子的相关研究和临床应用提供参考。Koumine is an important alkaloid of Gelsemium elegans Benth,which has a wide range of pharmacological activities,little adverse toxic effects and no addiction.Its anti-inflammatory effects should not be underestimated.The research progress on the anti-inflammatory effect of koumine was reviewed in this paper,from the perspective of its regulation of NLRP3 inflammasome function,immune regulation,regulation of oxidative stress,regulation of cytokine expression,regulation of neurosteroid release,inhibition of nuclear transcription factor activation,inhibition of MAPK pathway activation and so on.It provides reference for related research and clinical application of koumine.
