摘 要:为了解新疆铁门关市3个镇散养奶牛嗜血支原体和泰勒虫感染分布,选取85头1岁~2岁奶牛进行血液样本采集,提取其全基因组DNA,用PCR检测血液DNA样本,对阳性样本进行基因碱基序列分析。结果表明,奶牛嗜血支原体和泰勒虫的总感染率为23.5%(20/85),天湖镇和河畔镇奶牛总感染率分别为39.5%(15/38)和26.3%(5/19),双丰镇奶牛未检测出血液病原。鉴定出3种病原,温氏支原体(n=13)、牛嗜血支原体未定种(n=11)和环形泰勒虫(n=7),病原混合感染率为9.4%(8/85);温氏支原体、牛嗜血支原体未定种和环形泰勒虫均存在3种基因型序列。说明新疆铁门关市奶牛嗜血支原体和泰勒虫感染存在多样分布特征。To survey the prevalence and the species distribution of hemoplasmas and Theileria in the scattered-feeding dairy cattle in Tiemenguan,Xinjiang,85 blood samples from 1-2 years old cows were collected for the extraction of genomic DNA,and detected pathogens by PCR and sequencing analysis of positive samples.The total infection rate of hemoplasmas and Theileria was 23.5%(20/85),with 39.5%(15/38)in Tianhu town,26.3%(5/19)in Hepan town,negative in Shuangfeng town.Mycoplasma wenyonii(n=13),Candidatus Mycoplasma haemobos(n=11)and Theileria annulata(n=7)were identified,and the mixed infection rate of them was 9.4%(8/85).Three genotypes were found in each of the three pathogens from the Neighbor-Joining phylogenetic tree.The results suggest that the infection of hemoplasmas and Theileria in dairy cows was common in Tiemenguan,with a diversification of genetic distribution characteristics.
