摘　　要：毛泽东的为人民服务思想有不同境域,它是超道德的,是天人合一的天地之境。以成物为最终追求,以成人为本质核心,以成己为基本要求,三者互动作用,构成为人民服务的自我实现之维。通过全心全意领先解放并非全然替代人民群众自身解放的方式,形成为人民服务的自我实现之法。在生生不息、绵延不断的为人民服务过程中,在实现共产主义的征程上通达为人民服务的自我实现之致。Mao Zedong’s thoughts of serving the people involve different realms.It is amoral,and it is a realm of heaven and earth reflecting the harmonious relationship between man and nature.The dimension of self-realization in serving the people is formed by the interaction among three elements,taking the universal attainment as the ultimate pursuit,viewing the attainment of the others as the essential core,and regarding the attainment of oneself as fundamental requirement.Leading the liberation wholeheartedly is not a way of completely replacing the people’s own liberation,which forms a self-realization approach of serving the people.In the endless and successive process of serving the people,the self-realization of serving the people is realized on the journey of realizing communism.
