摘 要:本文分析了孔板流量计的结构,其工作原理属差压流量计范畴,从仿真角度对孔板流量计进行瞬态分析,得出“压差-流量点”、“压差开方根-流量点”的拟合方程,流量值x_(i)与压差开方根y_(i)的线性关系;随着流量的逐渐增大,压差差值呈增大的趋势,且流体介质的分子量越大,k系数越小;相较于对称偏离,偏离程度的大小对k系数的影响不稳定,呈先增大、后减小、再增大波浪线上升的趋势,没有严格的规律而言。In this paper, the structure of orifice flowmeter was analyzed, and its working principle belongs to the category of differential pressure flowmeter. The transient analysis of orifice flowmeter was carried out from the perspective of simulation, and the fitting equations of "differential pressure-flow point" and "differential pressure square root-flow point" were obtained. The linear relationship between the flow value x_(i) and the differential pressure square root y_(i) was obtained. With the increase of flow rate, the pressure difference tend to increase, and the k coefficient decreases with the increase of molecular weight of fluid medium. Compared with symmetric deviation, the influence of deviation degree on k coefficient was unstable, showing a trend of increasing first, then decreasing, and then increasing wavy line rising. There was no strict law.
