摘　　要：本文分析了电子皮带秤误差来源,针对影响电子皮带秤测量误差的各种因素,提出一种高精度智控矩阵皮带秤,并在输送走廊下方加装实物校验装置的方法,提高皮带秤测量精度的同时也解决了实煤校准的难题。This paper analyzes the error source of the electronic belt scale.Aiming at various factors that affect the measurement error of the electronic belt scale,a method of high-precision intelligent control matrix belt scale and a physical verification device under the conveyor corridor is proposed to improve the measurement accuracy of the belt scale.At the same time,it also solves the problem of real coal calibration.
