摘　　要：红芽大戟为我国珍稀药用植物资源,具有极高的药用价值,在临床上有泻水、解毒、散结、抗菌的功效。市场流通的红芽大戟大多源自野生,由于常年采挖导致其野生资源稀缺。在分析红芽大戟药材资源研究现状的基础上,综述其生长特性、繁育特性、原生境特点及濒危因素,进而制定其回归保育方法,旨在为红芽大戟制定生态种植和回归保育实践策略,并为其他珍稀濒危药用植物保育研究及实践提供参考。Knoxia corymbosa Willd.,a precious medicinal plant in China,has a high medicinal value.It has the functions of draining water,removing the toxin,eliminating stagnation,and resisting bacteria clinically.K.corymbosa products in the market are mostly from wild plants.The long-term harvest results in the scarcity of wild resources.The present study reviewed the growth characteristics,breeding characteristics,original habitat characteristics,and endangered factors of K.corymbosa resources based on the research,and established the conservation method of K.corymbosa.The purpose of this study is to develop ecological planting and conservation strategies for K.corymbosa,and to provide a theoretical basis for the conservation research and practice of other rare and endangered medicinal plants.
