摘 要:目的:通过开展牛黄、体外培育牛黄和人工牛黄的红外指纹图谱研究,建立牛黄、体外培育牛黄和人工牛黄的鉴别方法。方法:应用傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)进行测定,以450~4000 cm^(-1)的透射率为指标,对牛黄、体外培育牛黄和人工牛黄的红外光谱进行分析,并采用ChamPattern软件对红外光谱数据进行聚类分析和主成分分析。结果:牛黄、体外培育牛黄和人工牛黄在红外光谱中的信号存在差异。人工牛黄在1700~1500、1200~900、700~500 cm^(-1)波数处的峰强度与天然牛黄和体外培育牛黄存在明显差异;天然牛黄在1550、1450、1250 cm^(–1)波数处的峰强度明显弱于体外培育牛黄。聚类分析和主成分分析结果表明,牛黄、体外培育牛黄和人工牛黄的红外光谱数据可分别聚为一类。结论:红外光谱可用于牛黄、体外培育牛黄和人工牛黄的鉴别研究。Objective:To establish the infrared fingerprints of Bovis Calculus,Bovis Calculus Sativus,and Bovis Calculus Artifactus and thus provide a new method for the identification and quality evaluation of Bovis Calculus and its substitutes.Methods:Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy was employed to analyze Bovis Calculus and its substitutes in the range of 450-4000 cm^(-1).Cluster analysis and principal component analysis were carried out for the infrared fingerprint data of Bovis Calculus and its substitutes.Results:The infrared fingerprints showed significant differences between Bovis Calculus and its substitutes.The peak intensities of Bovis Calculus Artifactus at 1700-1500,1200-900,700-500 cm^(-1)were different from those of Bovis Calculus and Bovis Calculus Sativus.Bovis Calculus had weaker peak intensities at 1550,1450,1250 cm^(-1)than Bovis Calculus Sativus.Bovis Calculus and its substitutes could be classified by cluster analysis and principal component analysis.Conclusion:Infrared fingerprint can serve as an effective way for identifying Calculus Bovis and its substitutes.
