摘  要:目的:优选白芷微型饮片切制工艺参数,建立具有高流动性、高煎出特征的白芷微型饮片的制备工艺。方法:对比白芷传统饮片与微型饮片的有效成分煎出率、煎膏率差异,证明微型饮片的优势;以饮片烘制时间、饮片粒径、烘干温度为考察因素,饮片的成品率、煎膏率、流动时间、欧前胡素含量为评价指标,采用正交试验优化白芷微型饮片制备工艺。结果:白芷微型饮片的有效成分煎出率、煎膏率优于传统饮片;白芷微型饮片制备工艺为白芷药材切制成粒径为1~2 mm的小丁块,烘干温度为60℃,烘制10 h。结论:白芷微型饮片煎膏率和流动性明显提高,更加适用于饮片自动调剂及智能煎煮设备,白芷微型饮片切制工艺合理可行。Objective:To optimize the cutting process for Angelicae Dahuricae Radix micro-slices and establish a preparation process with high fluidity and high decoction yield.Methods:The active ingredient yields and decoction rates between the traditional Angelicae Dahuricae Radix slices and micro-slices were compared to prove the advantages of micro-slices.With the baking time,particle size of the slices,and drying temperature as the investigating factors and the finished product ratio,extraction rate,flow time,and imperatorin content as the evaluation indexes,the orthogonal design was used to optimize the preparation process of Angelicae Dahuricae Radix micro-slices.Results:The active ingredient yield and decoction rate of the Angelicae Dahuricae Radix micro-slices were better than those of the traditional slices.The preparation process of Angelicae Dahuricae Radix micro-slices was determined as follows:particle size of the Angelicae Dahuricae Radix micro-slices:1-2 mm,drying temperature:60℃,and baking time:10 h.Conclusion:The decoction yield and fluidity of Angelicae Dahuricae Radix micro-slices are significantly improved,making them more suitable to be decocted in the automatic dispensing and decocting equipment.The cutting process of Angelicae Dahuricae Radix micro-slices is reasonable and feasible.
