黄芩苷联合紫杉醇抑制胃癌细胞增殖的研究

摘　　要：选取胃癌SGC-7901细胞,分别用紫杉醇和黄芩苷对其进行作用,MTT实验检测不同浓度紫杉醇、黄芩苷及两药联合作用24h和48h的细胞增殖抑制率。发现紫杉醇和黄芩苷均可抑制SGC-7901细胞生长,并且二者联合作用可提高抑制率,其作用机制可能与PCNA蛋白的抑制有关。Gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells were treated with paclitaxel and baicalin respectively.MTT assay was used to detect the cell proliferation inhibition rate of paclitaxel,baicalin and the combination of paclitaxel and baicalin for 24 h and 48 h.It was found that both paclitaxel and baicalin could inhibit the growth of SGC-7901 cells,and the combined effect of paclitaxel and baicalin could increase the inhibition rate.Its mechanism may be related to promoting the expression of apoptotic protein.
