摘 要:氧化锆陶瓷作为非金属脆硬材料具有耐磨、耐腐蚀等优异的理化性能,广泛应用于航空航天、半导体、通信技术和生物医学等领域。刀具的失效形式是性能退化失效和突发失效相互竞争的结果,由于非金属脆硬材料的强研磨性特征,导致刀具磨损剧烈且失效快,严重影响了刀具使用寿命和工件加工质量。本文通过开展金刚石刀具钻削氧化锆陶瓷试验,评估刀具的磨损状态与刀具失效的映射关系。采用一元维纳过程对刀具退化过程进行描述,用威布尔分布描述刀具的突发失效。建立金刚石刀具钻削非金属脆硬材料的退化失效和突发失效的竞争失效模型,并通过退化失效、突发失效及两者竞争失效三类可靠性模型分析了金刚石刀具的可靠度,最后通过试验验证了模型的正确性。As a non-metallic brittle and hard material,zirconia ceramics is of excellent physical and chemical properties such as wear resistance and corrosion resistance,and are widely used in aerospace,semiconductor,communication technology and biomedicine fields.However,due to the strong abrasive characteristics of non-metallic brittle and hard materials,the tool wears severely and is failure quickly,which seriously affects the service life of the tool and the quality of the workpiece.The failure mode of the tool is the result of competition between performance degradation failure and sudden failure.In this paper,the mapping relationship between the wear state of the tool and the tool failure is evaluated by carrying out the diamond tool drilling experiment of zirconia ceramics.The univariate wiener process is used to describe the tool degradation process.The weibull distribution is used to describe the sudden failure of the tool.The competition failure model of degradation failure and sudden failure in diamond tool drilling non-metallic brittle and hard materials is established,the reliability of diamond cutting tools is analyzed by three kinds of reliability models:degradation failure,sudden failure and competitive failure.Finally,the correctness of the model is verified by experiments.
