摘 要:装夹技术是单点金刚石切削技术(SPDT)的重要组成部分,夹具设计对光学零件的加工精度有重要影响,大口径薄型光学零件装夹时更易产生夹持变形,零件下盘后变形恢复导致面形精度不可控,难以满足加工要求。本文采用有限元仿真分析法,引入正交试验的思路,对夹具设计进行仿真和统计学分析,研究弹性夹具各参数、夹持力和零件径厚比等因素对大口径薄型零件夹持变形的影响程度,为弹性夹具的设计提供理论指导。Clamping technology is an important part of single point diamond turning(SPDT),the fixture design has an important impact on the machining accuracy of optical parts.For large aperture thin optical components,deformation is more likely to occur during clamping.After the part is removed from the fixture,the deformation is restored,which easily leads to an uncontrollable surface accuracy,so it is hard to meet the machining accuracy requirements.This paper studies the optimization of elastic fixture and clamping deformation of large aperture thin optical components by finite element simulation analysis method and orthogonal design method.The results show that the factors such as the parameters of elastic clamp,the clamping force and the diameter-thickness ratio of components have different influence effects on the clamping deformation of large aperture thin optical components,in addition,the influence proportion of each factor on the clamping deformation is obtained by regression analysis,which can provide theoretical guidance for the design of the elastic fixture.
