博士研究生培养质量评价指标体系研究——以南京财经大学为例

摘　　要：本文以南京财经大学服务国家特殊需求博士人才培养项目“现代粮食流通产业发展与政策”为例,考察了一所双非高校博士研究生培养质量。通过构建涵盖过程质量、输出质量、外适质量三个维度的评价指标体系,本文发现南京财经大学博士人才培养质量高于平均水平。其中,外适质量得分较高,过程质量得分居中,输出质量得分稍低。T检验发现,性别、是否已婚、是否有过工作经历、培养方式、年龄、月均消费额、身体健康情况和父母最高学历等变量对于培养质量没有显著影响。而博士生本、硕阶段学校层次、博士生学习主动性对输出质量、外适质量和培养质量的影响通过了5%显著性水平差异。此外,相关性分析表明,提升博士培养质量最为关键的路径是提升输出质量。本文发现对其他高校博士生培养有一定借鉴和启示。This paper takes“Development and Policy of Modern Grain Circulation Industry”,a doctoral training program of Nanjing University of Finance and Economics,as an example to investigate the training quality of doctoral students in a non-double first-rate university.By constructing an evaluation index system covering the three dimensions of process quality,output quality,and external fitness quality,this article finds that the quality of doctoral personnel training at Nanjing University of Finance and Economics is higher than the average level.Among them,the external quality score is high,the process quality score is in the middle,and the output quality score is low.The T test finds that variables such as gender,whether they are married,whether they have had work experience,training methods,age,average monthly consumption,physical health,and parents’highest educational background,have no significant impact on the quality of training.The school level and the learning initiative of doctoral students have passed the 5%significant level difference in the output quality,external fitness quality and training quality.In addition,the correlation analysis shows that the most critical path to improve the quality of doctoral training is to improve the quality of output.This paper finds some reference and enlightenment for the cultivation of doctoral students in other universities.
