摘  要:布袋除尘器是目前所有类型除尘器中效率最高的设备,对微细粉尘效率可达99%以上,能够使含尘浓度降低到10mg/Nm^(3)以下,满足国家超低排放标准的要求。所以布袋除尘器在钢铁冶金、有色金属冶炼等行业被广泛应用。那么,在布袋除尘器设计选型中需要考虑哪些因素,如何正确的选择除尘设备,对于提高除尘设备处理能力,减小设备占地面积,节约设备投资从而减少工程造价,具有极其重要的经济和社会意义。Bag filter is the most efficient equipment among all types of dust collectors at present.Its efficiency for fine dust can reach more than 99%,which can reduce the dust concentration to less than 10mg/Nm^(3),meeting the requirements of the national ultra-low emission standard.Therefore,bag filter is widely used in iron and steel metallurgy,nonferrous metal smelting and other industries.Then,what factors need to be considered in the design and selection of bag filter and how to correctly select dust removal equipment have extremely important economic and social significance for improving the processing capacity of dust removal equipment,reducing the floor area of equipment,saving equipment investment and reducing project cost.
