摘  要:以硅胶为骨料、无烟煤和石墨作为复合造孔剂、铁氧化物作为磁性功能材料、碳酸钠和硼酸为助熔剂制备轻质多孔磁性材料;通过偶联反应剂将(3-巯丙基)三乙氧基硅烷接枝到轻质多孔磁性材料表面,最终实现材料内外表面功能化。SEM分析结果表明:功能化轻质多孔磁性材料依然以球形、椭圆形为主;磁性能分析结果表明:功能化轻质多孔磁性材料饱和磁场强度Ms为0.143emu/g,磁滞回归线无闭环现象,表明该材料具有超顺磁性。The lightweight porous material was prepared by introducing anthracite and graphite as pore-forming agents,using silica gel as the base material,and adding flux(sodium carbonate and boric acid)and magnetic functional materials(iron oxide).The superparamagnetic porous lightweight magnetic material was functionalized with 3-mercaptopropyltriethoxysilane by a condensation reaction between the reagent and the material.The results of the SEM analysis showed that the functionalized material was the same as the spherical and oval unmodified material.Magnetic property analysis showed that the saturated magnetism was 0.143emu/g and there was no closed loop phenomenon of the hysteresis regression line.This showed a material with superparamagnetic properties.
