复方大承气汤联合腹部中药封包微波治疗对不全肠梗阻患者胃肠功能恢复及血清CRP水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复方大承气汤联合腹部中药封包微波治疗对不全肠梗阻患者胃肠功能恢复及血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月我院收治的110例不全肠梗阻患者,随机分为对照组(n=55)与观察组(n=55).除基础治疗外,对照组采用传统灌肠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用复方大承气汤联合腹部中药封包微波治疗。比较两组的胃肠功能恢复情况及治疗前后血清CRP水平。结果观察组的肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、排便时间、肠梗阻解除时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的CRP水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的CRP水平均明显低于治疗前,且观察组CRP水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方大承气汤联合腹部中药封包微波治疗不全肠梗阻效果显著,可有效促进患者胃肠功能恢复,降低血清CRP水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the influence of compound Dachengqi decoction combined with abdominal TCM packaging microwave on gastrointestinal function recovery and serum C-reactive protein(CRP)in patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction.Methods 110 patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=55)and control group(n=55).In addition to basic treatment,the control group was treated with traditional enema,and the observation group was treated with compound Dachengqi Decoction combined with abdominal TCM packaging microwave on the basis of the control group.The gastrointestinal function recovery and serum CRP levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,defecation time and intestinal obstruction release time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the CRP level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the CRP levels of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the CRP level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compound Dachengqi decoction combined with abdominal TCM packaging microwave in the treatment of incomplete intestinal obstruction has significant effect,and can effectively promote the gastrointestinal function recovery and reduce the serum CRP level of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
