舒普深联合氨溴索治疗新生儿感染性肺炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨舒普深联合氨溴索治疗新生儿感染性肺炎的疗效。方法选取2019年6月至2021年1月我院收治的感染性肺炎新生儿80例,随机分为两组各40例。对照组采用舒普深治疗,观察组采用舒普深联合氨溴索治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、血气指标及炎性因子水平。结果观察组的总有效率为97.50%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)、TNF-α、IL-6水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的PaO_(2)水平升高,PaCO_(2)、TNF-α、IL-6水平降低,观察组的PaO_(2)水平高于对照组,PaCO_(2)、TNF-α、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒普深联合氨溴索治疗新生儿感染性肺炎可明显提高临床疗效,有效改善血气指标及炎性因子,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the efficacy of Sulperazon combined with ambroxol in the treatment of neonatal infectious pneumonia.Methods 80 neonates with infectious pneumonia admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Sulperazon,and the observation group was treated Avith Sulperazon combined with ambroxol.The clinical efficacy,blood gas indicators and levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,significantly higher than 75.00% of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the PaO_(2),PaCO_(2),TNF-α and IL-6 levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the PaO_(2) levels of the two groups increased,and the PaCO_(2),TNF-α and IL-6 levels decreased(P<0.05);The PaO_(2) level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the PaCO_(2), TNF-α and IL-6 levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Sulperazon combined with ambroxol in the treatment of neonatal infectious pneumonia can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,and effectively improve the blood gas indicators and inflammatory factors,with higher clinical application value.
